Prayer can greatly increase the impact of our outreaches!
In this video, Dan and Dr. C talk about ways that we can pray in advance of and during outreaches. There are certain things we will always pray for, such as good receptivity and open hearts. But as each outreach is unique, our prayers should reflect the time and place.
One thing that Dr. C especially likes about having gone on an outreach, you can pray over it for the rest of your life. For example, if you are ill or too busy to go, you can pray over the seeds that have been planted by you and your team – and beyond that to all seeds sewn by any Christian, to bear fruit. You may have a Christian loved one who has passed away, but you can even pray over the seeds they scattered and planted during their lives.
